  • Field Roast - 13 oz / 370 g
  • Green Onion - 1/2 bunch
  • Ginger, fresh - 1 finger
  • Garlic - 3 clvs
  • Water - 32 oz / 1 L
  • Chili Paste - 1 TB / 10 g
  • Black Vinegar - 2 TB / 20 g
  • Sesame Oil - 1 TB / 10 g
  • Soy Sauce - 2 TB / 20 g
  • Wonton Wrappers - 1 pkg/12oz    /    340 g

Steps

  1. CHOP field roast, green onion, ginger, garlic
  2. TURN ON BURNER: Med heat
  3. + field roast, 1/2 of green onions, ginger, garlic, chili
  4. STIR. COOK 2-3 min
  5. + water. BRING to BOIL
  6. RIP apart wonton wrappers
  7. ADD to pot. STIR
  8. COOK for 5-7 min until wonton wrappers done
  9. GARNISH w other 1/2 green onions
  10. EAT!
