- Field Roast - 13 oz / 370 g
- Green Onion - 1/2 bunch
- Ginger, fresh - 1 finger
- Garlic - 3 clvs
- Water - 32 oz / 1 L
- Chili Paste - 1 TB / 10 g
- Black Vinegar - 2 TB / 20 g
- Sesame Oil - 1 TB / 10 g
- Soy Sauce - 2 TB / 20 g
- Wonton Wrappers - 1 pkg/12oz / 340 g
Steps
- CHOP field roast, green onion, ginger, garlic
- TURN ON BURNER: Med heat
- + field roast, 1/2 of green onions, ginger, garlic, chili
- STIR. COOK 2-3 min
- + water. BRING to BOIL
- RIP apart wonton wrappers
- ADD to pot. STIR
- COOK for 5-7 min until wonton wrappers done
- GARNISH w other 1/2 green onions
- EAT!
