Ingredients

  • Water - 32 oz / 1 L
  • Potatoes - 4-5
  • Salt - 2 tsp / 10 g
  • Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Brussel Sprouts - 8 pc
  • Mushrooms - 8 pc
  • Garlic - 2 clvs 
  • Tomato - 1 pc
  • Avocado - 2 pc

Steps

  1. CHOP potatoes
  2. TURN BURNER ON. High heat
  3. +water, potatoes, salt
  4. BOIL UNTIL TENDER. DRAIN. RESERVE
  5. CHOP brussels, mushrooms, garlic, tomato, avocado
  6. +oil, garlic, brussels, mushrooms
  7. COOK 2-3 min until done
  8. +tomato, avocado
  9. EAT!

Wherever you go, you dont HAVE to have a recipe. Hit up the store, find some seasonal produce, cook them up and you have a great, fresh meal. Also can be super cheap on the wallet $.
