Pineapple, Mango, Coconut Compote

Ingredients

  • Dried Pineapple - 1 C / 80 g
  • Dried Mango, ripped into 2 pieces - 1 C / 80 g
  • Water - 6 oz / 140 g
  • Banana Chips - 1/4 C / 25 g
  • Coconut Shavings - 1/4 C / 10 g
  • Macadamia Nuts - 1/4 C / 25 g
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 1-2 tsp / 5 g

Steps

  1. TURN ON BURNER: Med heat
  2. + fruit, water
  3. STIR. COOK 5-7 min until soft w/ lid on
  4. Mix banana chips, coconut, nuts. CRUSH or CHOP
  5. +apple cider vin to fruit. STIR.
  6. COOK 1 min
  7. GARNIISH w crunchy mixture
  8. EAT!
