Ingredients
- Dried Pineapple - 1 C / 80 g
- Dried Mango, ripped into 2 pieces - 1 C / 80 g
- Water - 6 oz / 140 g
- Banana Chips - 1/4 C / 25 g
- Coconut Shavings - 1/4 C / 10 g
- Macadamia Nuts - 1/4 C / 25 g
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1-2 tsp / 5 g
Steps
- TURN ON BURNER: Med heat
- + fruit, water
- STIR. COOK 5-7 min until soft w/ lid on
- Mix banana chips, coconut, nuts. CRUSH or CHOP
- +apple cider vin to fruit. STIR.
- COOK 1 min
- GARNIISH w crunchy mixture
- EAT!
Notes/Additions
