Thai Curry Paste - 2 TB / 30 g

Coconut Milk Powder - 3 TB / 20 g

Fish Sauce or Salt - 2 TB / 1 tsp / 30 g / 5 g

Rice Noodles - 7 oz / 200 g

Steps
1. Chop green onion, pepper, bok choy. Wedge limes
2. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
3. Add water, ginger, curry paste, coconut pwdr, fish sauce/salt, noodles,
4. Boil until almost done. Stir
5. Add green onion, bok choy, red pepper.
6. Cook 1-2 min
7. Garnish w/ lime wedges
