Ingredients
- Chicken, canned/pkg - 10-12 oz / 350 g
- Ginger, fresh - 1 finger
- Garlic - 3 clvs
- Red Bell Pepper - 1 pc
- Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
- Ketchup - 1/2 C / 125 g
- Pineapple, Canned 8 oz / 225 g
- Rice Vinegar - 2 TB / 25 g
- Rice, instant - 2 C / 450 g
- Water - 16 oz / 500 ml
Steps
- CHOP ginger finely.
- CHOP garlic, red bell pepper
- OPEN can of pineapple, CHOP
- TURN BURNER ON: Med Heat
- + chicken, ginger, garlic, pepper, salt, ketchup, pineapple w/ juice, rice vinegar
- COOK 5-7 min. STIR
- + rice, water. STIR
- COVER. SIT for 5-10 Min
- EAT!
Notes/Additions
Great with broccoli or other veggies!
Pro tips: use pineapple tidbits for no chopping!
