- Soy Sauce - 1/4 C / 50 g

Rice Vinegar - 2 TB / 25 g

Sesame Oil - 2 TB / 25 g

Shiitake Mushrooms, dried - 1/4 C / 10 g

Ramen Noodles - 10-12 oz / 300 g

Green Onions - 1/2 bunch

Snap Peas - 1/2 C

*Optional * Eggs, hard boiled 4-8
Steps
1. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, water, shiitakes in pot
2. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
3. Boil. Simmer 2-3 min
4. Chop green onions
5. Add noodles
6. Cook until almost done
7. Add snap peas
8. Garnish w/ green onions and broken eggs
