- Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
- Pita Chips - 1 C / 50 g
- Garam Masala Spice Mix - 2 tsp / 5 g
- Ginger Powder - 1 tsp / 2 g
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp / 2 g
- Salt - to taste
- Snap Peas - 1/2 C / 50 g
- Water - 16 oz / 500 ml
- Instant Mashed Potatoes - 1 pkg / 4.25 oz / 125 g
- Lemon - 2
Steps
1. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
2. Add 1 TB oil, pita chips, Garam Masala. Stir
3. Cook 30 sec-1 min until toasted. Reserve
4. Add 1 TB oil, ginger, coriander, salt, peas
5. Stir. Cook 1 min
6. Add water. Boil
7. Add potatoes. Stir until hydrated
8. Add pita to potatoes. Sit 1 min
9. Squeeze lemon
