- Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
- Eggs or Powdered Eggs - 4 / 4 TB / 40 g
- Water - 4 TB / 60 g
- Croissants - 2-3
- Ham - 6 oz / 180 g
- Cheddar - 4 oz / 100 g
- Salt - to taste
Steps
1. Hydrate eggs w/ water. Reserve
2. Chop or Rip croissants. Chop ham.
3. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
4. Add olive oil, ham, croissants, salt
5. Stir. Cook 3-5 min
6. Add egg mixture (mind heat). Stir. Cook 1-2 min
7. Add cheese. Stir
