General Tso's Chicken with Rice

Ingredients

  • Chicken, canned / pkg - 10-12 oz / 350 g
  • Garlic - 4 clvs 
  • Soy Sauce - 1/4 C / 60 g
  • Hoisin Sauce - 1/4 C  80 g
  • Ginger Powder - 1 TB/ 5 g
  • Sriracha Sauce - 2 TB -/ 25 g
  • Sesame Oil - 1 TB / 10 g
  • Green Onion - 1 bunch
  • Rice, instant - 2 C / 225 g
  • Water - 16 oz / 500 ml

Steps

  1. CHOP garlic, green onions
  2. OPEN chicken
  3. TURN BURNER ON: med heat
  4.  + chicken with water, garlic, soy, hoisin, ginger, sriracha, sesame oil
  5. COOK. 4-6 min until it get's a little syrup. STIR
  6. + rice, water. STIR
  7. COVER. SIT for 5-10 min off BURNER.
  8. Garnish w green onions
  9. EAT
