Ingredients

  • Powdered Eggs - 4 TB / 50 g
  • Water - 4 oz / 40 g
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • Oil - 2 TB / 50 g
  • Green Pepper - 1pc
  • Ham - 6 oz / 150 g
  • Cheddar Cheese - 4 oz / 115 g
  • Frozen Waffles - 1 pkg/10.1 oz / 288 g

Steps

  1. HYDRATE eggs w water. SIT 5 min
  2. CHOP pepper, ham, cheese
  3. TURN BURNER ON: med heat
  4. + oil. TOAST waffles. Both sides. RESERVE
  5. + pepper, ham, salt
  6. Cook 1-2 min. Stir
  7. Add egg mixture. Stir. watch heat
  8. Add cheese. Melt
  9. Add mixture to waffles. Sandwich
  10. EAT
