- Powdered Eggs - 4 TB / 50 g
- Water - 4 oz / 40 g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
- Oil - 2 TB / 50 g
- Green Pepper - 1pc
- Ham - 6 oz / 150 g
- Cheddar Cheese - 4 oz / 115 g
- Frozen Waffles - 1 pkg/10.1 oz / 288 g
Steps
- HYDRATE eggs w water. SIT 5 min
- CHOP pepper, ham, cheese
- TURN BURNER ON: med heat
- + oil. TOAST waffles. Both sides. RESERVE
- + pepper, ham, salt
- Cook 1-2 min. Stir
- Add egg mixture. Stir. watch heat
- Add cheese. Melt
- Add mixture to waffles. Sandwich
- EAT
