  • Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g

  • Indian Curry Powder - 2 TB / 30 g

  • Lemon - 1

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add oil & 3 kernels
3. Wait for kernels to pop!
4. Add all kernels, salt
5. MOVE QUICK. TOSS. TOSS. COVER. TOSS
6. When done popping, Add curry powder
7. Squeeze lemon
8. Toss
