Ingredients

  • Water - 12 oz / 340 ml

  • Chai Tea - 1 bag

  • Coconut Milk Powder - 1 TB / 5 g


  • *optional* MCT/other oil - 1 pouch / 2 TB / 15 g

      if you would like some added calories

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water, coconut milk powder. Boil
3. Pour into your mug w/ tea
4. Brew
5. Add oil or addition fats if you would like additional calories. Stir, stir
