Ingredients
- Fake Meat (Field Roast) - 13 oz / 370 g
- Green Onion - 1/2 bunch / 21 g
- Ginger Powder - 1 tsp / 2 g
- Garlic / Garlic Powder - 3 cloves / 1/2 tsp / 5 g
- Water - 4 oz / 125 ml
- Chili Paste - 1 TB / 16 g
- Black/Rice Vinegar - 2 TB / 36 g
- Sesame Oil - 2 TB / 36 g
- Soy Sauce - 2 TB / 32 g
- Slider Buns - 1 pkg / 12 ea / 340 g
Steps
1. Chop field roast, green onion, ginger, garlic
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add field roast, 1/2 of green onions, ginger, garlic,
water, chili paste, black vinegar, 1 TB sesame oil, soy
sauce
4. Stir. Cook 2-3 min. Reserve
5. Add 1 TB sesame oil. Toast buns
6. Garnish w/ other 1/2 green onions
7. Spoon mixture onto buns
