  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g

  • Shallot - 1

  • Carrot - 4

  • Celery - 4 stalks

  • Canned / Packaged Chicken - 9 oz / 275 g

  • Water - 16 oz / 475 ml

  • Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g

  • Rosemary - 1 sprig

  • Pasta Noodles, small - 4 oz / 120 g

  • Lemon - 1

Steps

Steps
1. Chop shallot carrot, celery
2. Chop chicken
3. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
4. Add olive oil, shallot, carrot, celery
5. Cook 4-5 min
6. Add chicken, salt, water
7. Boil
8. Add noodles.
9. Simmer until noodles are done
10. Garnish w/ lemon wedges
