Steps
1. Chop shallot carrot, celery
2. Chop chicken
3. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
4. Add olive oil, shallot, carrot, celery
5. Cook 4-5 min
6. Add chicken, salt, water
7. Boil
8. Add noodles.
9. Simmer until noodles are done
10. Garnish w/ lemon wedges
