Salsa Verde Packet - 16 oz / 450 g

Instant Rice - 2 C / 450 g

Water - 16 oz / 475 ml

Cilantro - 1 bunch

Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g

Steps
1. Chop shallot, peppers, cilantro
2. Open chicken, salsa
3. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
4. Add shallot, peppers, chicken
5. Cook 2-3 min. Stir
6. Add water, salsa, salt
7. Bring to boil
8. Add rice. Stir
9. TURN OFF BURNER. Let sit 5 -10 min
10. Add cilantro when done
11. Garnish w/ lime wedges
