- Garlic 2 clvs
- Broccolini - 1 bunch / 162g
- Water - 36 oz / 1100 g
- Broc Cheddar Rice-a-Roni - 2 box / 13 oz / 400g
- Aged Cheddar - 4 oz / 115 g
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon - 1 pc
Steps
- CHOP garlic, broccolini, cheddar
- TURN ON BURNER: Med heat
- + oil, garlic, broc & broc
- COOK 1 min. STIR
- Add Water, Rice, seasoning packets. STIR
- COOK. ref pkg. Reduce heat, cover, COOK 10 min
- + broc & broc. COOK 5 min until done
- + cheddar. STIR
- GARNISH w Lemon wedge
- EAT!
