- Blueberries, Dried - 1/2 C / 70 g
- Water - 8 oz / 250 ml
- Cous cous, instant - 5 oz / 240 g
- Olive Oil -2 TB / 25 g
- Salt - to taste
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tsp / 5 g
Steps
1. Crumble smoked salmon into pot
2. Add blueberries, water to pot
3. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
4. Stir. Bring to boil
5. Add cous cous, oil, salt. Stir. Cover
6. TURN OFF BURNER
7. Sit 10 min
8. Drizzle vinegar. Stir
