Ingredients

  • Smoked Salmon - 4 oz / 115 g
  • Blueberries, Dried - 1/2 C / 70 g
  • Water - 8 oz / 250 ml
  • Cous cous, instant - 5 oz / 240 g
  • Olive Oil -2 TB / 25 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tsp / 5 g

Steps

1. Crumble smoked salmon into pot
2. Add blueberries, water to pot
3. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
4. Stir. Bring to boil
5. Add cous cous, oil, salt. Stir. Cover
6. TURN OFF BURNER
7. Sit 10 min
8. Drizzle vinegar. Stir
