Black Bean & Egg Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients
- Water - 10 oz / 300 g
- Dehydrated Black Beans - 1 c / 95 g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
- Chili Powder - 1 TB / 15 g
- Powdered Eggs - 4 TB / 50 g
- Avocado - 1 pc
- Lime - 1 pc
- Tortillas - 4 pc
Steps
- Hydrate eggs with 2-3 oz of water. Reserve
- Turn on burner: High heat
- Add water, black beans, salt, chili, powder
- Stir. Bring to boil
- Burner to med-low. Cook 2-5 min until beans soft
- Add egg mixture. Stir. Cook 1-2 min. Reserve
- Toast tortillas over flame or skillet
- Add bean/egg mixture to tortillas
- Add avocado, lime squeeze
- EAT!

Add cheese if you like!
