Ingredients

  • Water - 10 oz / 300 g
  • Dehydrated Black Beans - 1 c / 95 g
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • Chili Powder - 1 TB / 15 g
  • Powdered Eggs - 4 TB / 50 g
  • Avocado - 1 pc 
  • Lime - 1 pc 
  • Tortillas - 4 pc 

Steps

  1. Hydrate eggs with 2-3 oz of water. Reserve
  2. Turn on burner: High heat
  3. Add water, black beans, salt, chili, powder
  4. Stir. Bring to boil
  5. Burner to med-low. Cook 2-5 min until beans soft
  6. Add egg mixture. Stir. Cook 1-2 min. Reserve
  7. Toast tortillas over flame or skillet
  8. Add bean/egg mixture to tortillas
  9. Add avocado, lime squeeze
  10. EAT!
