Ingredients
- Garlic - 2 clvs
- Shallot - 2 pc
- Jerky - 5 oz /150 g
- Beef Bouillon - 2 cubes
- Water - 32 oz / 1 L
- Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
- Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
- Baby Carrots 2-4 oz / 100 g
- Snap Peas - 2 oz / 50 g
- Mushrooms - 6 pc
Steps
- CHOP garlic, shallot, carrots, snap peas, mushrooms
- TURN ON BURNER: Med heat
- + oil, garlic, shallot, jerky, carrots, snap peas, mushrooms, black pepper
- STIR. COOK 3-5 min
- + bouillon cubes, water
- STIR
- SIMMER 5-8 min until vegetables are done.
- EAT!
Notes/Additions
If you'd like to save some weight, go ahead and use some dehydrated veggies.
Also, pack a little apple cider vinegar to make this POP!
