Ingredients

  • Water 24 oz / 700 ml

  • Quick Cook Grits/Polenta - 2 C / 350 g

  • Salt - 1/2 tsp / 2 g

  • Pre-cooked Bacon - 2 oz / 50 g

  • Cheddar - 4 oz / 115 g

  • Eggs or Powdered Eggs - 4 / 4 TB / 20 g

  • Green Onions - 1/2 bunch

Steps

1. Chop cheese, green onions
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add water. Boil
4. Add grits, salt, bacon, eggs. Stir, stir
5. Cook 3-5 min until hydrated, soft and eggs are cooked
6. Add cheese, green onions. Stir
